Christmas is just around the corner, and in Dublin that means one thing, the Dublin Docklands Christmas Festival!
The highlight of many Dubliners Christmas festivities takes place in the heart of Dublin, from the IFSC at George’s Dock. It begins on December 12th and runs to 23rd December.
There will be a number of festive attractions to bring cheer to the locals. These will include the Victorian Carnival, Christmas food and a craft market.
There will of course be a Santa’s Grotto so the children of Dublin can tell old Saint Nick what they want him to bring on Christmas Eve (only if they have been good of course!)
The opening times for the Dublin Docklands Christmas Market are:
Monday to Wednesday- 12 noon till 8PM
Thursday and Friday- 12 noon till 10PM
Saturday- 10am till 10pm
Sunday- 10am till 8PM
The Dublin Docklands Christmas Festival offers free entry, so it makes a great day out for you and the family. It also has disabled access, making it enjoyable for everyone.
