We all love to have sex. Hey, if we didn’t, why would we be working or visiting here? It is one of the most fun ways to spend a night, or day, or both. However, did you know there were loads of health benefits attached to having sex? I had heard it before, but I thought it was some sort of cliché. But no, there are real things that will improve your health if you have regular sex.
As I am such a nice guy, here are five of the best ones. No need to thank me!
1) You Get a Stronger Immune System
Having sex once or twice a week increases our antibody level by 30%. These are the proteins that protect us from colds and flu.
This is apparently because people who have sex are more exposed to bacteria, so get greater antibody release.
2) Lower Blood Pressure
A study by Michigan State University found women aged between 57 and 85 who still had sex were less likely to have high blood pressure.
High blood pressure is bad as it leads to heart attacks and strokes, so this is certainly a good thing.
3) The Ultimate Pain Relief
Migraine sufferers report a 60% drop in pain levels after sexual activity. This is due to sex releasing ‘feel good hormones’ that make you feel on top of the world.
So, if your girl ever says she has a headache and can’t have sex, make sure that she knows this information
4) Reduces Prostate Cancer Risk
Men who ejaculate 21 times in a month are a third less likely to get prostate cancer when you compare them to guys who do it between four and seven times.
This is due to frequent release allowing cancer storing substances to be git rid of. However, it could also be the prevention of calcium deposits.
I am no doctor, so I will let them fight it out. What is does mean is that you should have sex, or jerk off every day!
5) Helps Sleep
There can be few worse things in the world than not sleeping well. This is from someone who suffers occasional insomnia.
Well, the good news is hear. Sex releases a number of chemicals in the brain, including oxytocin and prolactin.
The combination of the two are thought to aid relaxation, helping you to rock off to sleep.
So there you go. Five fantastic health benefits of sex. Do you need any encouragement to do it more?
