She was then left with no alternative but to operate. They cut into his bladder to find the knotted cable, snipped the tangled section and pulled it out the same way it went in. That seriously does sound unpleasant.
The boy, who claimed he was ‘curious’ about his genitalia, was discharged two weeks after surgery.
