We all have our hopes for 2018. Many of us want our job to go well. Nearly all of us want to see our families remain healthy and happy. What I can guarantee also is that all of us here want to have better sex this year.
But how to we do that? How do we turn a vacuous wish into something concrete? Well your friends at Escort Ireland are here to bring you five tips that can make your 2018 a wonderful one between the sheets.
So without much further ado, here goes.
1) Watch What You Eat
The human body is like a vehicle; you get out what you out into it. If you put crap in there it runs like shit, but if you put good fuel in there it will help it run like a dream. So have a good balanced diet full of nutrients and vitamins. This will help you feel fresh, sharp, and ready to go.
2) Do Some Exercise
There is nothing worse for your physical conditioning than sitting on your backside all day getting unfit. Make this the time to get up and do some exercise. You don’t have to start like a marathon runner or some kind of strongman competitor. Just go out and do ten minutes of running at the start, or a few sit ups and press ups. This will increase your energy levels, helping you have better sex.
3) Limit Your Time on Your Phone
It is so easy these days spend most of the night on your mobile phone, either catching up with world events, posting on social media, or playing on games. Before we know it a few hours have passed by.
Instead, make this a special time for you and your partner. It is only by keeping good communication that you can make 2018 ‘The Year of The Nookie’.
4) Make Sure You Poo
No, not during sex (although scat is quite popular in some circles, just not mine). It is important that you go to the toilet regularly because if you don’t you will feel lethargic. So make sure you eat lots of fibre, and if that doesn’t work, Milk of Magnesia will give you a ‘spring clean’.
5) Relax
Stress is one of those things that really affects your sex drive. It is therefore a great idea to practice breathing techniques to make you calm. If you can alleviate your stress, then you will be mentally prepared to boost your sex life this year.
So there we go. We hope your have a great 2018 full of success, health, and of course plenty of sex.
