Things didn’t really go that well for the Denver Broncos when they played in the Superbowl on Sunday night. What was billed as a war between the best offence in American football (Denver) against the best defence in the league (Seattle) turned into an absolute mauling, where Seattle thrashed the hapless Broncos 43-8.
I actually wondered, whilst I was watching the game, how were the Denver fans reacting to this debacle? It was a question I never really expected to get an answer to.
Well, it seems that there is something the people of Denver were doing to cheer themselves up. PORN! Yes you heard me right!

After the Super Bowl, things got interesting. While Seahawks fans apparently continued to celebrate their victory, Broncos fans turned to porn for solace.
Pornhub noted a 17 percent drop in porn viewing from normal averages in Seattle, while in Denver, there was an 11 percent rise in traffic, a figure far higher than the nation-wide rise of 4 percent during the same time period.
So, to put simply (and crudely) the Seattle fans went out and got drunk to celebrate their win, whilst the Denver fans cheered themselves up by jacking off to porn. Whatever gets you through the day, as they say!
