Man Films Himself Asking Employee For Sex!

One Australian lawyer has found himself in a heap of trouble after a video tape has shown him asking an employee for sex a total of 78 times in one hour… even though he was the one who filmed it.

The lawyer decided to secretly film himself as he told his employee that he wanted to have sex with her on one of the desks in the room.

Refused

The tape heard the man persisting with the question and the hints, despite the numerous times that the woman refused him and continued to refuse him. He had a genuine desire for him and she continued to tell him no, which didn’t deter him one bit.

The pair had known each other since 2001, when they worked together for a leading city law firm, and so the two had grown close. However, the man in question was also in a relationship and the woman made it clear during their conversation that she wouldn’t have sex with him because he was in a relationship.

Barred for practising law

The video meant that the man was found guilty of professional misconduct and barred from practising law for eight months, though it has since been reduced to two months after it was clear at the end of the video that he and the woman did share an intimate cuddle.

Upsetting situation

This is obviously an upsetting situation, and the woman sent an email to the lawyer’s solicitors to explain how it made her feel. She detailed that the repeated sexual advances were not only upsetting, but also caused her difficulties at work and at home, given her close friendship with him and also with his partner.

“As was the case on numerous occasions, I again told him that I would not cross that line because he has a partner whom I have the utmost respect for and the fact that she is my friend and I was an honest, moralistic person. That did not seem to worry him, he still keeps insisting.”

A reason for the inappropriate behaviour

The man later claimed that the behaviour was actually “the product of high functioning autism in the context of a complex relationship with a highly functional, articulate and assertive woman”.

However, at the VCAT tribunal it was found that he did not in fact have Asperger’s Disorder. They did find that he had “a Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde personality” which meant he switched between the very competent lawyer to something similar to a sexual predator.

After a lot of time and effort into the investigation, the man has had to pay $100,000 compensation which will hopefully make the process of moving on form the matter a little easier.

Sex at work

Is work sex or even public sex ever a good idea? I’ve been tempted before, but the idea of actually doing it seems too complicated. You’ve got to find the right location and not get caught with your pants down! Have you ever had sex at work or even somewhere public? Share your stories on the Escort Ireland forum.
