Anyone who tells you via text or a short call they can do tantra is a liar. Unless they're a grounded tantra master, of which there are not that many. Depends on your energy, your openness, boundaries and what you expect out of the session. If you're not focused on the day, only a master can do tantra on you as they'd have better control and flow of both your energies as they'd have to be meshed together during the session.
