Here, your body is seen as a temple. Your energy, a prayer. You are invited to rest, to receive, to return to your natural aliveness. You can learn how to transform your natural urge into a blissful pressence that lasts even for days after the session. 

This work may support emotional release, physical healing, or simply a return to deep presence. Herbal guidance and aftercare are offered to support integration.

I walk this path as a modern medicine woman, yoga and meditation teacher, and holistic therapist — holding space for the sacred to move through us.
