My signiture service:  Sacred Body Rite is a ceremonial experience that honors the body as sacred. Through presence, breath, and conscious touch, we awaken life force, melt tension, and reconnect with the truth of who you are or just simply unwind and relax after all the work and duties you have. 

Tantra massage is whole body sensualy nourishing massage ceremony for you to treat yourself to re-balance through receiving the sacred feminine care. It involves all types of strokes, body to body, tender loving care, hugs and cuddles, breath work and yogic techniques addressing the flow of energy. It may positively influence sexual disfunctions if needed and give experience of trans like state and taste a new state of conscioussness. In tantra practice the goal is not to taste greater pleasure, as pleasure is only an opposite of a pain…but a nondual experience of Bliss (Ananda) and Conscioisness. Even a glimpse of that state changes lives and heals. 
 Every session can be customized to your need at the moment of your life, health issues or traumas. Come to explore and experiment.

Here, your body is seen as a temple. Your energy, a prayer. You are invited to rest, to receive, to return to your natural aliveness. You can learn how to transform your natural urge into a blissful presence that lasts even for days after the session.

My work may support emotional release, address some  disfunctions  physical healing, flexibility or even addictions or simply a return to deep presence and peace.  Herbal guidance is available on request. I always bring some special ayurvedic herbs directly from India with me, that are not well known or available in Ireland. I have personal experience with them as they can enhance male vigor , stamina, vitality and mental clarity as well as joint ease. So if that is something you would be interested to get dont hesitate to ask me. 

I walk this path as a modern medicine woman, yoga and meditation teacher, and holistic therapist and also as your friend — holding space for the sacred vital energy to move through us.
