As most of us don't experience any trouble when posting the reviews i.e. we get the 'Your review has been submitted....' confirmation message, it is difficult to notify you. From when has the logging been added as a review of mine from yesterday has not appeared....

I think the logging has only been installed this evening. Give it 24 hours or so and hopefully we should have an example of a review going missing, then we can find out why. I think that's what the nerd said anyway.

    Default An idea

How about adding "pending review" functionality so that users could see a list of their own pending reviews before approval? A submitted review would immediately be viewable in their pending review list. At least then they should know straight away that a review they submitted had failed.

Yes we are going to do this. It would also be useful to clients as they could see if any of their reviews are not active and if so the reason, e.g. because escort has now opted out of reviews system.

An understanding of what you guys ("The Staff") have to do might help us understand why or whether a review has gotten lost. For example how many reviews do on average process a day and are there days that you may expect more than the usual. Is 24 hours the longest it should take or could it take longer? Do ye work thru weekends? I have submitted reviews and I must say usually they get through in a reasonable time, but there have been a number of occasions they have not. I prepare usually in word and paste them in so the actual process takes only a few minutes. The one time a review gets lost is always the time I neglected to save my file in word (typical). It is a problem that I’m glad your are addressing it. There are times my reviews have gone missing and because I’m up country I couldn’t be bothered, or unable cos the profile is down, to rewrite it.

  7. Default Should be fixed

We've made some changes, and the problem we hope is fixed. At least what we suspected the problem to be. However due to the obscurity of the issue, if anyone has any further problems posting a review, please let me know.

    Thanks,

Problem with the calender, when you put in Jan 2010 it asks you to select a date in the future, small glitch but it deletes your review sometimes when you press the 'submit review' button.

I have had as many reviews go walkabout as Have actually been posted. All have got to the notification of submission stage (some have not but these I redo immediately). I believe that it is a time issue as I am very slow at both deciding what to say and then typing it. The last few times I used the paste thing and it seems to work.
