Oh God no ha ha. I made it on a Saturday night and cancelled ASAP at 9 am Sunday, when shite hit the fan. The appointment was made for next day, So Sunday at 2 pm. I could have cancelled earlier but thought it would be rude to text prior to 9 am.
I didn’t cancel two months ago
Sorry if my OP came out wrong. We are talking about an 18 hour time frame, not 2 months.

Better to cancel ASAP fyi. Because maybe 5 minutes earlier, she'd had someone looking for an app that clashed with yours and had you texted earlier, she'd have been able to book that. Girls will tell you, we usually get people wanting to book the exact same slots and only those.

As posted it would depend on the length of the booking, an hour or less then I’d think the night before would be ok but if it were anything longer, 2 hours plus or a dinner date then I don’t think a day would cut it, I’d feel the need to financially compensate to some level if I hoped to see the lady in the future.
Shit happens though, on both sides, I’ve had a few bookings cancelled in the past, I wasn’t over the moon and I was saving money, it’s twice as bad for an escort, loss of earnings etc so don’t expect to make a second booking without a request for a deposit, once bitten and all that

I feel like you were probably trying to be considerate by waiting 'till 9am to cancel the booking (not wanting wake the lady or similar). Most guys aren't that considerate and are calling/texting the ladies at all hours to see if they are "available now". Due to this I'm pretty sure most girls have their work #s on DND or at least silence. Best bet to to let them know as soon as you know you can't make the appointment and, as others have said, if you've booked a block of time; at least offer to cover a portion of booking rate (as she's probably turned down potential meets to accommodate your previous request).
Oh I see. Sorry it did sound like 2 months well then all good. Things happen. The best it’s to cancel ASAP to not block lady. That’s all. Anyway, thanks for canceling and be considering. That’s a good manners. And all of us much appreciate that x
Hope lady understand and I bet she will/did. Might didn’t got chance to text back or forgot when she got busy.

Common sense usually prevails
I made 2 or 3 appointments with the same escort and had to keep cancelling for different reasons but it was in plenty of time
When I finally got to meet her ,i apologized for all the cancelling, she completely understood and said she knew the messages were genuine,
So if you're on the level they usually can tell
Although!!!!!!!!!!
I did cancel a 2hr appointment with a full days notice, let's say it didn't go down well
A full page of abuse 😄😄😄
But a long time ago and a different era
A sensible escort will know that we have lives too, and there are many genuine reasons for cancellation. Unless you are a repeat offender, or they have other reasons to think you are a timewaster, it makes no sense to blacklist you. A lot will depend on your communication - if your messages are polite and suitably apologetic I'll be surprised if you have a problem.
I think I have cancelled about three times, once because I woke up with a cold, once a work emergency, and once family stuff. All were cancelled 2 hours or more beforehand, and in each case I went on to meet the lady on a future occasion.
