I would say depend of your location and her location. If u are in different cities some might accept, some might not. The ones who will accept probably will ask for a deposit just to be sure u are genuine and she will not travel for nothing(plenty of people who like messing around out there ). The best is ask the lady u want to visit u, she will tell u exactly, how much and then u decide if suits u or not. Sometimes the travel time might be longer then the actual booking time like for example Dublin-Belfast so the fee can be high and probaily she will not come unless u book minimum 2 hrs or more. So everything is relative and depend of many factors ,only the lady will decide what fee suits her to come to you.

I am perplexed though because I offered two girls MANY times the price of their outcall if they'd come to me and upon learning it was a 2hr drive she laughed at me and ignored me then.
