Acrophobia (fear of heights). Not to be confused with vertigo, which are often the symptoms suffered from acrophobia. I totally get the lost and abandoned in the middle of the ocean thing too! VERY scary! I also have panic dreams about my teeth falling out, although they are very clean and healthy

spiders i just hate them creepy little shits, man i wud scream like a man about to die if seen 1 i just hate spiders to death , i remember when i was younger i said i was afraid of spiders and 1 of the lads tru 1 at me and it was crawling up me jumper, i nearly had a panic attack i was only young at the time but it felt like a cudnt breath !

That is entirely reasonable. All people should be scared of spiders, lol. I would high five the people who are not phased by the mutant spider invasion when it happens.....but I will be hiding in a vacuum sealed hole somewhere, waiting for it to pass over

I do see it as an anxiety dream, but as I've said before about dreams on the forum, they are subjective to the individual based on their personal experiences and perspectives of different aspects of life. That's why I never bother reading these books about 'the meaning of dreams'. It's probably best to talk to a psychotherapist instead.
