i just noticed the new rule about posting threads in the warning section about escorts using fake photos.
i posted a thread about an escort using fake photos last night but i have to say i didnt know about the new rule maybe because they change them so much and i thought that that was a part of what the warning section was for.
the new rule says more or less that we cant post about an escort using fake photos just leave a fake photo report.
i think thats a bit silly as when we leave more than 2 fake photo reports the escort just creates a new profile and uploads more fake photos and gets away from her old fake photo reports.
but i thought that any fake photo reports were ment to be carried onto her new profile and if they were the new rule wouldnt be as much of a problem but it seems that e-i dont carry them on and now we have no way of letting others know.
as far as i can see this new rule just serves to help dishonest escorts that use fake photos to fool clients.

I find the new rules confusing.

Suppose I would see a profile and spot that the photos are taken from some other place on the net. I can submit a fake photo report. If the report includes a link to the original photos in some other location then the report will be considered valid and the escort will get a fake photo report to her name.

That seems fair.

But what if I visit an escort and the photos are clearly of another woman? I cannot find the photos on the net but clearly they are of a different person. I cannot submit a fake photo report as I cannot locate the fakes on the net and now I am not allowed to post in the warning forum as that is no longer allowed.

This sounds like a charter for excorts to use fake photos as they can no longer be challenged.

You can state this in a fake photo report and this will be noted on the system. When there is more than one report for the same issue, we will intervene.

it would seem fair but in reality its not.
the reason i feel its not fair is when an escort with fake photo reports creates a new profile her fake photo reports are not added to her new profile the way reviews are.

I love the security excuse
most of the people who were reporting them all the photos seem to be banned by now

what i find even more strange is when the escorts rang up to complain about the threads that were reporting their fake photos instead of e-i saying to them "well just dont use fake photos and there wont be a problem" e-i makes up a new rule to protect the fact that they are using fake photos.
