That was the intention of the thread, Stephanie, but obviously that wasn't the view shared by some other escorts.

But Brother Forrest, escorts when they are in the privacy of their apartment or hotel room and expecting a visit from a client, do in fact tend to dress in a certain manner. I myself have witnessed escorts attired in such fashion on many occasions......let's just called it not their "Sunday Best", but maybe, it is their "Sunday Night Best".

However on those rare occasions when I have found myself sitting next to an escort in a church pew, their style of attire has been entirely different. In fact, it would be a blessing, if some of the young ones out on the down these days dressed more conservatively when in public.......in the manner of escorts.

I agree that some escorts dress in a certain manner in the privacy of their apartment or hotel room when

awaiting the arrival of a client, and some dress more discretely and allow for the disrobing process which

can be even more fun.

Was it more than 1 lady getting her knickers in a twist over nothing? OK, they were upset but by the tone of your post I'd say that was their problem not yours so you have nothing to apologise about.
We can all be politically correct and bow down to the ladies but having to apologise because of their decision to take the thread offensively when it was obviously a bit of harmless fun over an observation of what a lady was wearing is stupid..

omg this has blown out of all proportion and seeing as i was the escort who replied to the post originally thought i should respond. i have no idea where the stalking bit is coming from, i never said anything of the sort in my reply. what i was upset about at the time was the generalisation of how women dress and just assuming they were an escort. lots of girls dress that way nowadays, nightclubs are full of scantily clad women who are not escorts and women should feel free to dress how they want. i bet there are men and women on this site who have daughters who may dress like that and would be horrified for someone to think that she looks like a particular escort on a site because she is wearing shoes which are distinctive but usually mass produced. i must have not been the only one offended at the time seeing how this has gone on, but you have apologised and that should be the end of the matter for us all.

Normally I wouldn't be sticking my nose into a thread that apologises for another thread that there was nothing wrong with, but since it's a long standing boards member of good repute in question here I'm going to make an exception.

I read the original thread and can only vaguely remember the gist of it. What that says to me is that the thread was forgettable ..... sorry Forrest, no offence meant by that comment but I'm just trying to illustrate how routine and non-offensive the thread was. And if someone takes it in a manner other than how you meant it then that's their problem, not yours. I wouldn't be one for bending to the bully wishes of others when it comes to expressing an opinion, reporting an observation or giving an angle on something. In a word - fuckem.
