Appointment stopped for bs reason

There are strong arguments on both sides as to whether the review should be allowed or not .
It is obvious that the original appointment was aborted in favour of a longer one .
I would not like if anyone did that to me .
Bearing that in mind i think he was within his rights to tell of his experience.
That is if all details are correct and honest.
