I do agree with the overall sentiment regarding over Photoshopping in society. However, a girl choosing to conceal her face or identifiable markers (tattoos, beauty marks, etc...) doesn't really bother me.
A girls photos are almost always going to be a more put together version of herself (it is an advertisement afterall). She's had the time to make herself up how she wants, puts herself into the poses she wants and then at the end of it all selects the photos she wants to include in her advert.
On any given day we can all look a bit different from the previous day. As long as the pictures are indicative of the provider, I don't really see the big deal.
There are girls out there (globally) using 10+ year old photos to get the guys in the door. Photoshop isn't a much different tactic. If the door opens and it's a bait and switch situation, walk away.
If you booked the time and are so critical of a girl not looking exactly like her professional photoshoot that you want to leave, I feel a bit of compensation is warranted.
