I think beginning slow, gentle and soft is always a good start. It is an indication of respect and perhaps allows the lady to relax in a mans company. Escorts are woman first and every woman I have ever met needs to relax into sex. Good kissing is also one of the greatest way to turn a lady on and get her juices flowing.
