Differs from escort to escort. Best to ask the ones you're looking at. Also, we all react differently to clients, so if a guy replies, it doesn't mean she'll do the same for you. It'll be what she's comfortable with with you and your energy. A question I've asked before here and got no response so I asked different escorts in person and basically their response was exactly what Amy says above and explains why I didn't responses previously. It ultimately comes down to the connection between the lady and the client, as is the case in all fet scenarios.
