Paying taxes comes with many benefits. You can secure accommodation, obtain a loan, mortgage, finance a car, or even citizenship. When you travel, your money will not be seized at the border for carrying too much cash, and with money laundering laws in place, it's becoming increasingly difficult to do anything without proof of income. Banks will ask you for the provenance of your money, and when you send money home, you will be required to explain the source of funds. Additionally, carrying large amounts of cash puts you at risk of being robbed or having your money seized because you cannot provide a simple explanation of the money's origin. Most importantly, paying taxes provides peace of mind, allowing you to sleep well at night. So, why not pay taxes?

    True !
I think in general girls between them should keep the good relationship but sometimes is just not working cos you get too close to them and is just not right they get too involved and there are gossip going around witch aren’t true
So chose your friends careful or stay better alone with none !

Escorts paying taxes isn't new information for me, but I too was shocked when I first heard of it. It shows how clients don't really understand the profession and that escorts are business woman, some very successful business woman at that.

I know some very educated, professional, ladies who choose to work as escorts because it is more lucrative than previous professions at home. Professions that require a degree level of education like pharmacy and law. I have met some of the most interesting, intelligent woman while visiting escorts and enjoyed their conversation as much as the other services that they provide.

I don't know if clients get it that independent escorting isn't illegal in the UK and Ireland. Under current legislation, the paying for sexual services is illegal and so only the client is breaking the law during a transaction. This allows escorts to have normal things like bank accounts and pay taxes.

I am curious though, can escorts claim back tax on things like laundry bills (washing towels and sheets), travel for work and accommodation?

You don't claim back tax, unless your thinking of VAT.

I doubt any are registered for VAT.

Travel costs are a standard business expense so can be put against income, as can accommodation costs etc.

Smart people only declare some of their income and pay tax accordingly.

The smartest business people don't pay any tax at all ( religious institutions)

You can also get income protection. It’s an absolute life saver.

Accommodation is an expense. So is transport. I pay most of mine through my business acc. I paid for a private audit in 2021 and got asked why I wasn’t expensing rent.

Others move a lot but still have good places
And then there are others who just stay in awful places
It’seems partly, but not totally dependent on price charged
Can anyone explain why this is
Escort prices and standard of accommodation have no correlation to each other.
    Its all about their circle
