Vasectomy does it affect sex drive?
Or anything else?

Is this an ultimatum that your Mrs has given? Because I don't think the girls would mind either way LOL
If this is a get a Vasectomy on a promise of a better sex life with your partner situation? then personally I would seriously consider her motivation.
She my be trying to reduce your sex drive instead of increasing your sex life.(cutting your balls off in more ways than one )
I know people who have had it and to me they definitely changed personality.
I Have never considered it, all my children were planned.
There's no way in hell I'm letting anyone other than the girls tie knots in my dangly bits!!!😨😱

Having this procedure has positive and negative impacts. The good news is that you can romp to your hearts content without the fear of fatherhood again. With that said it can reduce the amount and strength of ejaculations.
The second potential issue is, the inaability to produce offspring may be a big turn off for you woman and lead to her becoming disinterested in sex. This depends on the lady, but most women are hardwired to want babies, even if they don't realise it. She may look at you differently subconsciously.
I had a botched operation due to a post-operative infection. One of my balls ended up the size of a small orange. I was in a lot of discomfort and pain until the swelling went down. I have heard of other men having post-op infections etc. I would say go for it, but it's not without risks.
My dad got it done back in the 80's for cash on a Sunday by some Indian "doctor"
Think it was illegal back then
