I would say the same as another poster if you are in a relationship and are worried about been found out then perhaps go elsewhere to meet the ladies even though the temptation of some ladies might be hard to resist. But if your single then i would say don't let the slim chance of been spotted stop you. And if you do happen to bump into her just say your visiting a friend she doesn't need to know anymore than that.
I have to say at this very time if I had a chance to meet my favourite ladies I wouldn't let anything get in the way. But unfortunately i have to take a unwanted break for a while after having had a fairly nasty accident at work I'll be missing out for a while I think ☹️☹️ until i'm healed.

If you think you're paranoid now, it'll be a lot worse if you're the subject of rumours at work - or confronted at home.
I think you're right to be cautious. Relationships and careers can be ruined by this sort of thing. I doubt it'll be anything more than a rumour though. People usually prefer to be outraged rather than make a formal complaint.

Thanks for all your views...I think my reputation wouldn’t recover if I was spotted visiting so I think I will just pay the little extra and book outcalls!

Might depend on your partnership status. If you are married and seen entering an apartment complex which you have no obvious reason to be around you might arouse interest.
Then depending on who saw you questions may have to be answered. As I don't have to answer to anybody I don't have to worry about anything other than maybe the cops trying to bust me. Indeed I believe that over the years some people I know from work
who I have bumped into, while on active service, suspect I was "at it".
