Come on. It's pretty obvious is when paying advertisers are on tour/away from the internet and call in to the office to get their profile updated.

Bit surprised there's no way for staff to modify profiles without having to be logged in as them though...

There is no need to worry about a thing, we do not deal with PM's, hence P stands for Private.
The only time we see a PM if it has been reported.
When logged in as escorts, we are only dealing with minors things, like dealing with an escorts profile if they are unable to change things in their profile.
This is something that we needed to help things run better.

It does seem a strange way to update profiles and adverts and you would also assume that it gives moderators power to log in as any escort or client. That's why I'm asking for clarity from a moderator not another poster, no offence. I'm not being alarmist just naturally curious
