As I once said, the EU, free movement of people and labour!, and 2004 when a certain 10 countries joined the EU gave us these opportunities.
The worldwide recession of 2008 onwards probably added to those opportunities ;-)
Money makes the world go round and all that or makes people travel for their own hoped for opportunities kind of thing.
