One example of a backward step, in the desktop client:

Until a few days ago, you could hit SEARCH at the top of the screen, and enter part of an escort name. Thumbnails for all matching escorts advertising would appear immediately.

Now when you try to search, you are taken to what looks like an attempt at an advanced search screen. You have to select a "Name" tab and re-enter your search.

It only takes an extra few clicks and few seconds, but adds to the general impression of backward progress.

Am I way off base or did there not used to be an option to search by nationality way back when? If that was removed for legitimate reasons could there not be an option to search for native English speakers?

I had a client ring me this morning, he is unable to access ei completely from his mobile, as I don't use the mobile version, I was no help. Clearly there is a problem with mobile app, from a business point of view, this is a disaster. Please get it sorted.

The search feature isnt working properly,for example...

if I select a location for example Offaly , if location is the only filter I apply then I get back one escort but if I add any other filter I get escorts from everywhere not just offaly.

The mobile version - tried clicking on an escort's profile - link didn't work, took me to the main escort search window. Most of the links don't work.

In terms of the actual escort profile/advert screen, the colour coding for verified/not verified, and the way favorites etc were laid out before in simple alphabetical text, now is in an obscure set of blocks that are hard to read and have to look through these blocks of three or four across... poor user interaction. If you click into the photos, then click on the back button on the phone, goes back to the escort browse screen, not to the escort profile you were browsing.

Also the option to "load more escorts" is now so iterative. Why not just load all or have it the way it was, loading 8 or 16 and then click to load the rest all in one go - I can't see any reason why you would only load a few more.

The search by location is terrible. Having to scroll through the counties till you get the right one? So much easier the way it was - listed out and just click on the link. Scrolling to the right county and then selecting - much less user friendly.

The logos are not very intuitive, but these will be overcome with use.

What was wrong with it before that it needed this change? And only some sections - favorites, forums etc not updated. Is there any *plan* behind all of this?

Not that I'll go anywhere, we're generally a captive audience. But if you ask for feedback, here it is...
