For the ladies who do offer owo, would you have a problem if a client asked you to use a condom?

Many health conscious guys DO ask for a condom when receiving oral and my hat goes off to them for doing so. Many femmes think they will not get as much work if they do not do owo or cim which is very sad indeed.

I think it should also be noted that no vaccine no matter for what disease or ailment is 100% cover. All vaccines have a certain
percentage failure rate but it varies from vaccine to vaccine. Just remember all these measures help stack the odds more on ure
side but there is no magic wand or foolproof guarntee
    Blatant promotion should be outlawed

YES I GOT TESTED. I TESTED NEGATIVE. YES I GOT VACCINATED. This is well documented on this very Forum :

For by god, I am at my wits end : HPV causes cervical cancer. It also causes genital warts. There are I don't know how many strains of HPV. The vaccines do not protect you from all the strains, but do protect you from the most virulent, most prevalent strains, therefore providing you with more protection than having no vaccination. It is recommended to prepubescent girls and boys because ideally it would be administered before any sexual activity (and chance of infection) occurs. However, that does not mean that it is ineffective in adults. Get tested. If tests negative, get vaccinated.

Now, onto men. HPV is becoming the leading cause of mouth/throat cancer in men. If the woman has not been vaccinated, she may be infected and be a virulent source of Human Papilloma Virus infection to whomever performs oral sex on her. If she HAS been vaccinated, there is still a minuscule possibility that she may have this virus on her skin from a very recent previous encounter and transfer it to her next partner.

" I have considered having the vaccine, but at @ £500 for something which may not take I'd rather have a holiday."

-- this statement to me is shocking. You know what, I would rather (and I have !!!) spent 1500e on my screens and vaccinations
[just last year] than put my own health at such risk. If something is medically preventable, I will always be the first to opt for it.
    We differ.

Why are ya'all so reluctant re vaccinations ? It's modern medicine.
I sometimes wonder if English is your first language Stephanie. After checking my facts (I am online...) with the Mouth Cancer foundation 75% of head and neck cancers are caused by tobacco which is cited as the main risk factor in head and neck cancers.
Human Papilloma Viruses are cited as the most common virus groups which can lead to mouth cancer. This does NOT mean that it is becoming the leading cause of throat cancers amongst men, BUT that it is the leading viral cause of such cancers. Virally caused cancers are not the leading cause of head and neck cancers (which include mouth cancer), for that see the above statement.
You also seem to equate money spent with efficacy. I have taken some very good medical advice on the subject of the HPV vaccine and have reached the conclusion, with my Doctor, that it is NOT money well spent.
As for reluctance about vaccines, I received the Hep jabs 15 years ago due to work with the homeless (it can be spread via saliva and sweat) and have persuaded many of my escorting colleagues of the importance of having this jab and ensuring that the follow up blood tests and boosters are taken.

As to getting tested prior to having the vaccine: The HPV test is to detect the most high risk strains in women who have shown abnormal results in smear tests. As has been mentioned before HPV vaccines in the over 26 age range are not FDA approved (you know all about the FDA don't you Stephanie). Since the FDA is usually at the forefront of implementation of medical research I personally will wait till they recommend it.

Using this information to reassure clients that there is a vastly reduced risk worries me. What worries me even more is that you seem to believe there is a vastly reduced risk. May I suggest that you get a second opinion on your understanding of these matters. I really hope that you have not been lead up the garden path by an unscrupulous clinic out to profit from your ignorance. If you would like information on where to go for unbiased medical advice please feel free to pm me.
