I get your point, but unless I missed somthing, where did it say that EI are maintaining these records ?
As this is kinda old news to me, I'm not too worried about it.

But I can certainly understand, how if someone has taken no precautions to protect their own identity, how they would have concerns.
I think it's really up to the individual to maintain and protect their privacy.

I am not married nor doing anything illegal so the privacy thing does not stem from domestic concerns but I would like to know what records are maintained, how they are manitained, how the are moderated etc. I believe we are entitled to know this!!

I think you should wait until Patricia has chance to respond on this one. It is there as a way to help escorts ( male / female etc) and should not be seen as a bad thing, or a threat to any genuine client out there.
