But as a client I have a right to privacy. I have an issue that I may be put on a list re phone, car reg or anyother means without my consent due to disagreement bad review etc with out any knowledge of same and a chance to challenge same!

You're being a bit paranoid, firstly escorts see x amount of clients per day so chances are they would have difficulty pin pointing your exact number, secondly I'm not sure of the exact criteria but I don't think it's as simple as he wasted my time so I'm putting him down, I'm assuming someone has the responsiblity of moderating the list (maybe one of the managers could clarify).

Bad reviews and time wasting are not considered criteria to be put on the list its only for abusive clients
Once again get a punting phone/sim so your privacy isnt invaded

You do have a point here. What moderation if any is there for the list so what is to stop an escort with a grudge making a false entry.
