That's nice & polite, maybe also state your first name, the duration of the booking you seek and approximate time you seek. Give as much notice as possible.

Just on that, i've noticed that 48hrs notice is max what's accepted by ladies, at least the ones i'm approaching.
I like (well.. have to) plan everything in advance and when i try to book something in 5-7 days time i'm not getting an answer.
Could be that they already know that they wont be there (in advertised place) in few days time, but how would i know that.
i may be asking for too much and need to be more "spontaneous"
