There are only 2 sexes, male and female. There are now multiple genders. Think cars - diesel, petrol, hybrid or if you wanna promote genocide of innocent African babies, electric. But there are many makes of cars that can be any of the above. 2 completely different things. Transmen (so so so unproblematic) are females that transition and identify as men not male. Medically, scientifically and structurally, they're female. That can't be changed as it's their genetic marker. However, they're appearance can be transformed into a more masculine one and they'll have to take pills for life to remain that way. It's a forever process. Because, if they stop, they revert back to their core, which is female. And visa versa. So, if you don't wanna be told you're wrong, stop using sex and gender interchangeably. And just fyi, intersex are usually 99% female hence why they usually reject the change to male. Stay educated and evolved.
