I'm unsure how it's viewed to use such language on the forum, but as E-I promote it in their blogs, I guess it must be passable?

I'm pretty sure it goes beyond "the money" alone.

It's in fact more about the "hustle".

From what I've seen, you ladies are in your element when you're working those phones, and organizing those clients and of course, making money is a part of it.

In fact, I think this is the part that's really difficult to get away from. It can be an attractive component of the work, but also as time goes on, may fail to deliver a more wholesome sense of life gratification/satisfaction.

In any case, young versus old clients, yeah I've commented on that and it's been deleted but suffice to say, I think older clients are, as you say, a no brainer in terms of preference.
