My opinion is that, Tv’s just want to look like woman (dress, wig, etc), penis stay, but TS much more similiar to be woman with boobs, pre-or after operation to have pussy, much more femine look a like, get hormons etc. But I am not an expert.

It depends on the ID used to verify their profile; if it says male then they must list as a TV - even if they are far along in their transition. You'll have to judge for yourself by the profile and photos which ones are actual TVs and which are TSs who just have to list that way.
