While in this case they have the culprit, in the Aisling Murphy case they named an innocent person whos life was ruined and could easily havw suffered the fate you think is right. What would you say then, an innocent man murdered by a mob, his family subjected to violent attacks posssibly have their home burnt out with them inside it.

You've taken my point out of context, in this case they had the man caught in the act and he should have been tied, in the Aisling Murphy case no one was caught at the scene.
