All they have to do is just Say “no , don’t have id “ : to the nice border patrol man behind the desk .

There’s no search or let alone body search ; no interview , nothing .

They don’t actually ‘have to’ destroy their papers : just verbally deny their existence .

You / we do not Know what certain individuals might have done in another EU country :

Why might they be moving from ( perhaps Fleeing ) another safe EU country ??

Were they upstanding people , or rapists ? Were they law abiding of their current land ,

or hold radical views of the western world ? What’s their associations ??

What im asking here is and what Amy has stated is they cant get on a flight to Ireland without id, but they arrived in Ireland without ID.
There was a link shared on 5000 people not having id, and im asking if all of those people destroyed or hid their id getting off the plane.

Details that the individual puts forth — seeing as they have no own id , they

can make up whatever they want , whatever would suit them .

BUT ! From that point On the Do have id :: issued by ‘whatever’ country they were processed in .


Imo No ‘innocent’ person would deny having an id when entering a new country ( ROI ) , and

most countries would Not Accept a person without an id :: entry denied . ROI exception .

I did not see the Link , hence I can have no informed opinion on the matter .

: on the thread a year ago I Linked govt figures stating that 40% ( 60% ? ) entering without id .

I don’t remember the Link ; tried to look up the thread , but it appears to be gone .

I do not remember exactly the number of people having arrived in the country Last Year with / without id .

My memory not That good , but 5,000 sounds about right with an increase from last year .

We are talking about Ireland because that’s where we are .

I never had a reason to be informed about any other EU country’s protocol .

It might be worth looking up .
