Jozef Puska has been found guilty.
He will be sentenced to the mandatory term of life in prison after victim impact evidence is heard at a later date.

Mandatory life sentence which means 15 to 20 years typically.
It's complicated but that's the average term. Judge will put conditions on his release and depending on behaviour and engagement with services. He'll be free in his early to mid fiftys.

so stuffing the c*nt into a cannon and firing him into the sea is off the table then?

don't see why the Irish taxpayer has to foot the bill for keeping a foreign national in our prison system?

happy to be corrected on the legal niceties but i believe the cannon option would be too good for him

Delighted with that verdict, he'll probably get the full 20 years, don't see any mitigating circumstances.
Little comfort to her family and friends but at least it'll be one less evil bastard off the streets.
Unlikely to be deported on release because of his family ties to the state.
