Which raises another point. Do you still tip when you pay for extras. I usually don't have any money left, as I only carry what I need into an appointment. So that money that I hand over for extras, I'd probably hand over anyway, and be happier about it, if the extra was included.

I always go to an appointment with monies in envelope and leave on bedside locket while I go for shower. What's in the envelope is the Ladys, full stop. Usually a tip in there. I've gone there for fun and don't want the money thing to get in the way of an enjoyable hour with someone you crave for. That's my tuppence worth.

As long as men put up with this spoilt brat mentality, women will behave poorly. It's men afraid to speak their mind that encourage poor behaviour.
You pay for a service, you shouldn't have to offer more and tip toe around for fear of not receiving this service.
Fortunately it's only a small percentage of women from my experience that are not customer orientated, and in a similar way I am aware there are clients who behave badly.
I make this stand as I am not tolerating or condoning either.
