    Default Housing Crisis - Solution

A solution to the housing crisis that the Justice Minster is actively pursuing at that the moment is to close down the apartments with multiple ladies working, confiscate their cash assets, send the ladies home & warn the landlords to cease allowing their properties to be used by providers of escort services.

A number of properties have been visited recently in popular well known Dublin & Cork locations.

The EI forum is a great source of information to the men in blue.

    Time to retire ?

A number of properties visited alright . Sure they're always at it themselves... hypocrites.

Couple of dodgy spots in Dublin in particular. It's depressing. Not good to be in those hot spots for your average punter.

Is this an April fools post a bit late

Like say 400 escorts in Dublin using 200.apartments between them.
200 apartments would not solve or put a dent in the numbers searching for housing.

Ban all air bnb and return all them properties to long term rental would be a far better idea.

Dublin has 346 adverts at the moment, lot of girls are working with more different type of advert so let’s say 150 girls, lot working in hotels, or Rbnb, so if you close everything you can “win” 50 apartments, what kind of solution is it?

Could house quite a few escorts in Aras an Uachtaráin. They would make a better job of President too.

I know a lot of people who own houses and they just lay empty. Someone left them a house in a will or they bought a house to sink cash or us an investment. People like these should be made let out empty houses if they don't need them.

Maybe the cons outweigh the pros. Loads of people in arrears since lockdown and not all landlords own their properties outright.

Anywho, Grand Canal and Santry is next for Garda evictions. I mean, wellness’ checks. Can’t really blame the landlords though. Imagine losing your house because the gardai have decided to twist the law and are accusing you of running a brothel. You’d evict the girls too whether you wanted to or not.

its all corrupt Bullshit anyway and the law not our friend, never was, no one cares at all now.
Ireland such a rip off and was going to book a house for a week beside the sea there and come over to Ireland again and they wanted 2000 euro , yes 2000 ...no way, so not coming over and going to go out and get 20 escorts for an hour each time instead at home
