The Best Excuse..

What's the best excuse for an appointment cancellation??

Either from a clients perspective or an Escorts perspective.

I had a beaut about a week or so ago.
I made an appointment and made my way to one of Dublins affluent areas.
Having found parking 5 minutes beforehand, I made the "I am close by and available for the appointment now" phone call only to get the dreaded 'turned off phone' robotic answering service.

I waited and waited, and tried and tried, before I made my way home dejected and in no mood to try another escort.
An hour passed and I got a call from a unknown number asking me if I could meet tomorrow, she went on to explain she was so sorry she couldn't take my appointment but her last client stole her phone and she was now in town buying another phone, (this was about 2pm and it didn't sound like she was in town),
I said I couldn't make any plans right now as I may have work commitments tomorrow, but i'll see.

As it happens I was able to make an appointment with the same lady the following day, And tbh I had a blast.. ( I haven't made a review)
Afterwards whilst getting dressed and making chit chat I brought up the subject of the stolen phone!!
She didn't seem to have a clue what I was on about, I repeated it again but the subject seemed alien to her so I didn't pursue the convo.

I suppose the excuse could be believable, and top marks to her for providing such an original excuse, we're all well used to the "landlord/maid was here".. " shower/toilet was broken" etc etc excuses and I would have accepted it somewhat if she had actually remembered saying it, but I have my serious doubts if it is true.

I'd say check the phone numbers again. I made a right boob of myself a few weeks ago. Was using a dual SIM phone but was unaware that there was credit on the second number. Went to last number dialled on the wrong sim. Was messaging 2 different escorts for the same appointment and didn't realise it.

My best excuse is always the truth. I never cancel an appointment unless there is an unavoidable, genuine reason to cancel. If I have to cancel I do so as soon as possible and apologize. Always telling the truth builds up trust and a good reputation. These are far more important than concocting a pile of lies. I also like the truth if an escort is unable to keep an appointment. The truth is always appreciated. Shit happens. Could wake up in a bad mood and just not want to work that day. Sure i i'll be disappointed, but we can always reschedule.

I have had one reschedule and it worked out great. The pro's of booking in advance, if an issue arises it can be sorted out in good time.

You don't have to give any explanation, dear. You just need to send a message as soon as possible saying that something has come up and you can't come. I would say that's enough. Things can happen, something can come up for both of us, situations like this happen, there's no need to give explanations, just a polite message with apologies and that's it. That's my opinion.
