As the title says I've developed a problem keeping hard. Any ladies specialise in helping to see how big the problem is? I'm in Dublin near the airport

If you are genuinely having trouble getting or maintaining an erection, don't ignore it.
For a few months before my heart attack, I had similar difficulties.
If you get checked out and there is nothing wrong, nobody will complain that you wasted time, and at least you will know.
Good luck.

I always pop a viagra 30mins before a meet. Its available over the counter now. I have no problem at home but the little fella can be shy meeting new girls.
Can you order vigara form boots in the Republic of Ireland or just get it in the pharmarceys

Not sure if you’re in your 40s or older.
If you are, getting to the gym and working on heavy squats and lifts, plus lower core exercises like leg lefts will strengthen every pelvic floor muscle.
If running, cycling or swimming aren’t options, try walking at least 5k every day.
If you smoke, try Nicolette for a few weeks.
If you drink more than 2 days a week, cut down to 1 day.
If you have too much stress in your life, add in some yoga or Pilates.
I had similar issues coming out of lockdown. I’ve followed the above regime and am back to erectile function I had in my 30s.
I’d rather have a strong erection than a few smokes and booze more than once a week.
