So, unpopular opinion. If a girl can afford to continue to advertise on here after opting out, it means she's making enough to cover the ad and rent and other expenses.

If a girl doesn't look the same as in photos, you can leave. You ebd up losing 2hrs yes, but you end up saving more than a day's wage AND hopefully learn a lesson and also reply to thread about said girl. If she tries to charge more, its your own fault for going in looking like an atm. And for staying after she tries to charge you more. Your opinion is based on a number of assumptions about her expenses - No point in refuting your assumptions in detail because then EI may delete my post saying it is pure speculation.

When it comes down to it some punters try and reduce the risk by not seeing anyone with no reviews or unverified photos.
