Logged in today half expecting that everybody would be telling me that I'm wrong, but seeing as there in some agreement, I'll go one step further.
It's also my understanding that the country you are resident in can make a claim for back taxes due at any time after they become overdue. However, there is a four year time limit on reclaiming Irish tax

Well for your information escorting is not illegal business. Paying for escort services is an illegal act.
So get your facts right.
And as to why get money is because we pay taxes. Sure drug dealers who pay taxes are also entitled to benefits.
