Default One benefit Airbnb bookings collapse

One possible benefit will be the collapse of the Airbnb demand for apartments in Dublin making it a lot easier and hopefully cheaper to get nice apartments.

Already on Daft some apartments are been offered with two months free rent.

There’s a 64% in rental properties advertised in the last 3 weeks in Dublin.
Very easy to notice that the rates are slashed too .
Given such circumstances they will find even hard to fill those .
I would imagine that the Airbnb market will be very weak for the next year and a lit of properties will be back available for long term letting. Prices probably wont drop but there will be availability and hopefully the rtb will ensure the maximum rents are observed

This website will more than likely collapse in the next two to three weeks.

Once there is a full lock down and the army are on the streets, there will be no escorting for a while.

And if word gets out when we are in a full lock down that people are still visiting escorts, there will be outrage and people will be calling for escorting to be banned.

It will pick up again once this crisis is over. Will this website still be around? Who knows.

I am not trying to troll. This is what is coming. Some people just cannot see it.

A lot of dangerous assumptions there and not needed
Just because their are active adverts that does not mean people are visiting escorts.

A lot of advertenwere probably pre paid and pre booked and the escorts could.well be in a different country for all we know.

As for this lockdown if it happens it happens.

Most people are obeying the rules and will continue to do so.

I’ve done long term let’s and I’ll not be going down that route, properties suffer too much from that so personally I’ll just not advertise them until June/July, property suffers from the same type of bottom feeders as escorting, not going to even answer calls or emails from here on in
