14 years off them last new year.
They were approaching £5 a packet and that was a line I wasn’t prepared to cross.
They were less than £1.50 when I started. If only I had been that sensible when they were approaching £2 a packet.
Better late than never. New lease of life.

I gave them about 12 years ago best thing I ever did used to smoke 40~60 a day I can safely say I'll never smoke again actually cant stand them now safe to say I hate them I don't usually post much but that's how strongly I feel about them plus you have a few quid in the pocket to visit the wonderful ladies here
Alot of people swear by Allen Carr's "Easy way to stop smoking book".
As a side note,
Mr.Bean, welcome back, I knew when I logged in the place seemed classier, you're the reason

That's how I stopped worked for me tried a few times with patches etc I have to say you really have to want to quit once you make that decision that's half the battle

Smoked in first year at secondary. Someone said to me it’ll stunt your growth. That’s all I needed to hear to stop given the fact that I was already short for my age. Some school pals still smoke to this day.

Was off them for 3 years until about 6 months ago when stress got the better of me. I hate them but I love them.
