14 years off them last new year.

They were approaching £5 a packet and that was a line I wasn’t prepared to cross.

They were less than £1.50 when I started. If only I had been that sensible when they were approaching £2 a packet.

Better late than never. New lease of life.

Delighted to hear you're off them for 14 years and fingers crossed you won't start again.

Alot of people swear by Allen Carr's "Easy way to stop smoking book".

    As a side note,

Mr.Bean, welcome back, I knew when I logged in the place seemed classier, you're the reason

Smoked in first year at secondary. Someone said to me it’ll stunt your growth. That’s all I needed to hear to stop given the fact that I was already short for my age. Some school pals still smoke to this day.

Yes indeed, imagine all the lovely ladies you can visit instead of spending money on cigarettes.

Happy to hear you've stopped. Are you still short for your age ?

Was off them for 3 years until about 6 months ago when stress got the better of me. I hate them but I love them.
