Hypnosis works for some but not all. I know people it has worked for and others it hasn't. It's definitely worth trying though.

I'm off the smokes over 2 months now since the pubs closed. Still take the odd drag of the e-cig thingymebob but not so much. Glad to be off them and hopefully I'll stay off them.

It will be impossible to quit if you don't want to but do try young lady before too much damage is done.
