As for the sex for rent topic, is there really any problem lowering the rent? For example, you could rent a property out for 500 euro, but say to the tenant if she is interested in having sex then you be happy with 430 instead. No force, just an offer. A previous poster said the garda should investigate and arrest but really.. I don't think they were thinking straight

If you think it is ok to trade sex for a roof over your head I think it is time to step away from this hobby, your experience of escorts is effecting your judgement on boundaries. If a person wants to sell sex to pay rent they should be allowed to so independently and of their own free will, a landlord suggesting this as a form of payment is intimidating and coercive.

its going on as yonks but only being dicussed now, this was happening alot in london too. if the landlords looked like George Clooney it would not be an issue some said.
If both are Adults and lady decides to have sex of her own freewill with a nice landlord then its their business, the law should mind its own business
