to my knowledge it has not 'commenced' yet
Legally correct. I just checked again and as of yet, there is no Commencement Order.

Quite, especially as the client would be leaving minus that sum. It is quite easy when you think about it from a Garda pov however withdraw monies on a separate day/different locality and the lady avoids keeping large sums in the dwelling will put that to bed (excuse the pun).

Maybe bit coin would be the way to go if it gets to that stage.

That is a complaint not a crime. The police would need to investigate the matter before they could apply for a warrant.

No use I'm afraid as all forms of "consideration" are covered. So it appears if you are a plumber and you fix the escorts broken shower in return for a sexual favour you would fall foul of the law.

Ok Eifii my equally clever friend, please tell me don't withdraw cash from an atm outside of a girls apartment just as you are about to go in.

Though I do think it would be pretty cool if every apartment came with its own atm.

Now back to the warrant thing for a sec...

If a girl isn't sharing, she is not committing a crime.
If a girl is providing sexual services, she is not committing a crime.

Where does the stamp for that warrant come from?
It is very unlikely to ever happen.

Punter will have to be caught in the act of trying to pay, offer or consider.
That will happen outside. Don't bring your phone.

Not sure it would be easy to complete most meet-ups without a phone.

"lifted" Where is that word in the legal dictionary? If you mean "arrested" that is another thing, with another set of very tight guidelines. And I don't think a crystal ball can be used as evidence. And without one, how is anyone going to know what you are going to do?

yes arrested on suspicion of committing an offence just as you go in the door of offering to pay for sexual services

also the escort could be arrested on suspicion of aiding and abetting a crime
