The only people who can answer that question accurately are the escorts. They know how many appointments they had in say a week and the number of reviews generated from those visits. I cannot see many escorts being bothered to answer your question and us lads would only be speculating with no evidence to support it. All I can say is that it would appear from what I have been told, that most punters are not even registered on this site and therefore never leave reviews.
I would conclude therefore that the number of punters leaving reviews is a small percentage: a very small percentage in fact..... but I have no way to verify that...
