The two colleagues were both seemingly alright after the fight and went to vote.
After voting Mr Woolfe collapsed on a bridge and was rushed to a hospital after losing the "feeling" down one side of his body.
Mr Woolfe has since said a CT scan has shown that there is no blood clot in the brain and he is "feeling brighter, happier and smiling as ever."
He is being kept in hospital overnight as a precaution.
