I think everyone should be protected against abuse, bullying or trolls.

Otherwise how do you make a fair and consistent judgement?
Should I base all my decisions purely on the type of the user we are dealing with?
How do you then prioritise?

And finally how do you act if two advertisers are having a disagreement and insult each other?
What happens then? Whom should I protect?

What if an escort is threatening a punter to disclose his private info because he gave her a bad review? (it happens)
Or escort insulting a Mod? (not that uncommon either)

Does it matter what kind of user you are if it comes to cyber bullying and abuse? I think no one should be subjected to it.
I think we are all people and all have feelings, we all ought to be respected.

I haven't seen more punters abused on this forum over the years than escorts.

Yes, you should have escorts ( type of user ) above anyone else and judge keeping in mind, your decision has to make happy your customer first, which I believe is the escort, not the punter. Punters are our customers, not yours.

Two advertisers having an argument, fine. Women bitch and fight all the time. They get tired at some stage and move on.

Sometimes a moderator tells one to shut up, when in fact the other one started it. Is that fair? No. Let them be so you don't look like taking sides.

We don't need protection from each other, we need it from those hiding behind an username.

Threatening a punter ... Yes, it happens, even tho I haven't seen it on the forums, I heard about it. Easy one. You call her, have a nice chat, she will calm down and move on, making the right decision of not disclosing any personal info about the punter. It's all about communication.

Insulting a mod. Same thing. Talk about it, tell her she is right, but no need to be rude. Again, communication.

You will never have everyone happy if you think today I am right, tomorrow Joe is right, day after someone else is right ... or wrong by that matter.

I believe you are doing your best, just sometimes you try too hard and backs fire at you.
