Hi all sorry over delay getting back still the same problem its keeps saying you have entered an invalid email address or password but i know i havent i changed the password still same thing happening i did follow all yours instructions and thankyouse

not sure, but i assume you have different passwords for here and your e mail account

it wont work if you type it like this - EXAMPLE or Example.

and your address should be entered like this - example@gmail.com

Not to come off as condescending, but usernames/passwords just don't change on their own. Be sure you're typing them correctly.

I have tried all that youse told me and it keeps saying email address has already been taken so i am not bothering about it again i just dont know how my email address has been taken thanks every one for all yours help

That message only ever will appear if you're trying no sign up again, not if you're trying to log in.

So you go to gmail.com , see this, put your email address in the box in the middle and it says already taken?
