its the other airlines that is rippling us off, i try them all but last month compared prices to my destination between Ryanair and Aerlingus and the flight with Aerlingus was 8 times more expensive and not really much difference in the service you get so how do they justify the cost of their flights

If they don't charge for the training they will most likely have too many people leaving after the first month not happy with the job. Ryanair operate on about 3% profit margin so It's just the nature of the business.

Anywhere not shit that needs specific training like that sign it into your contract that you pay it back if you leave within X number of years, and they can scoop it from your last wage. Kind of standard in many other industries.

well that is a stupidly low price to be paid , is that even minimum wage ?

i know it sounds bad but im glad the money is being saved on not paying the crew than missing services or cheaping out on fuel etc

if you thought so strongly you shouldnt fly with them at all. People giving out about them but still will use their services when it suits them. The simple fact is that they are popular and give people what they want and will continue to grow.

As I said I try not to but unfortunately have to.
I am not giving out about the service and they do a good job.
But it's the way they recruit and pay.
In fact the wages are below the minimum wage so it must be illegal
